Everything left to wife, Rebecca and sons Thomas and Richard House share and share alike with Thomas and Richard as tennants in common not as joint tennants for Rebecca's widowhood and then everything for the use of Richard and Thomas as tennants in common. The codicil is difficult to read but includes leaving a property and orchard at Aller Moor to Rebecca.

In 1819 William House, gent, of Stathe leased 2 closes known as The Ten Acres and The Sixteen Acres, from William Cely Trevillion of Clifton, Gloucestershire. The lease was for 8 years with an annual rent of £61 - 18s.  This lease coincides with the marriage of William's son Richard who went to live in Stathe with his wife Amelia Dibble.
