Copyhold estates to two sons Horton Ledger and Matthew Ledger
Remainder shared between seven surviving children:
Horton Ledger, Matthew Ledger, Mary Ann the widow of John Bateman, Christiana the widow of Birgess Adams, Jane the wife of Milton Harsant, Sarah the wife of Daniel Hooker and Rebecca the wife of Thomas Bedlot Bateman
and the eighth share to the two children of his deceased son Henry namely Maria Georgiana and Henry.
CODICIL
Give to daughter Rebecca wife of Thomas Bateman £300 stock
