Trustees - North Naylor Savery Esq of Finchley, Mr John Ruth of Finchley and three brother, Horton Ledger, Matthew Ledger and Henry Ledger, and my brother-in-law Burgess Adams

The interest was for his Mother's own use during her lifetime but she could not dispose of the principal during her lifetime but after her death the disposal of the principal was to be according to her own wishes.

Executors were his two friends North Naylor Savery and John Ruth

Notes

• The will, although signed, was not witnessed and so Ralph Henry Dunkin and Frederick Kent, both surgeons, made oath that they knew William Ledger and that the will was written by him.
