The testatrix allows use if household goods to Charles Blakesley which will then pass to the trustees for his sons and daughters in succession (the trustees will inventorize the furniture before its transfer to C. Blakesley) the testatrix gives £20 to each executor, £300 to C Blakesley, £25 to Jane Blakesley and £50 each to William Ledger Broxholm, John Horton Broxholm, Charles Broxholm and Eliza Broxholm; the four £50 legacies will arise from the estate to which the testatrix is entitled under the will of her late husband's father Robert George Broxholm and into which she will enter on her mother-in-law's death: a copyhold at Hampton (in Arden), Warws. is bequeathed to C Blakesley; the testatrix leaves her share in 83 High Street Birmingham to her sister Harriet Marshall; the trustees will invest £300 on behalf of C Blakesley's daughter Caroline Jane with equal remainder to her children but giving the niece power of appointment; the trustees will invest residuary personalty on behalf of all C Blakesley's daughters ( and issue); the testatrix names C Blakesley and Charled Field as her executors.
